Hospitalist - Physician

Overview Join a dedicated team as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in Los Angeles, CA, providing patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Providing inpatient care without the need for procedures. Participating in rapid response and code teams with BLS and ACLS training. Collaborating with a team of physicians and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and community health initiatives. Utilizing EPIC and informatics platforms for documentation and patient management. Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Open to new graduates, residents, and fellows. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with PCPs, specialists, patients, and families. Business-minded with interest in operational and financial aspects of hospital medicine. Flexible, receptive to feedback, and committed to quality patient care. Additional Details Full-time schedule with a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation, primarily day shifts with some night shifts. Competitive annual compensation of $220k-$240k (1099).
