Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP State License & current Educator Certificate (Alabama preferred)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric clients is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy to elementary school students (caseload of approximately 50)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district/state guidelines
• Contribute to a supportive and dynamic educational environment
