Job Description We are seeking a Sales Processing Support Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting North America Federal Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data entry, administrative processing, and sales operations tools such as SAP and Salesforce and a proven ability to execute routine to moderately complex operational tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and sound judgment. Responsibilities Perform administrative processing tasks to support day-to-day operations. Provide ongoing operational support to the NA Federal Q2C Operations team. Conduct data entry, research, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain system records and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards. Utilize internal tools including SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Follow established procedures and apply basic problem-solving techniques to resolve issues. Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Execute data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required due to U.S. Federal business requirements. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or sales operations/order processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and SharePoint in a sales operations context. Experience within Quote-to-Cash processes in a federal or regulated environment. Why BCforward?
