Use your technical acuity and grow into a leader in system engineering and product development!The WorkThe system engineer in this position will work across several Aegis programs with responsibilities in Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) tasking for the Mission Planner. The system engineer will help design and develop models and algorithms in support of BMD and IAMD missions. Additional tasking and responsibilities will include analyzing and assessing mission capabilities and solutions.You will have responsibility for algorithmic design, data analysis, requirements development, modeling and simulation. This will entail developing solutions to mathematical and physics-based problems in the area of mission planning for IAMD scenarios. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekThe base range for this position in New Jersey is $75000 - $135,961.
