Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

Staybridge Suites Mount Laurel is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, check in/out, verify reservations and payment methods, and provide hotel information. You will handle calls, assist with directions, manage guest records, and support other departments as needed. A professional appearance, strong communication, and basic computer skills are required.
