Real Estate Portfolio Accountant - Acquisitions & GAAP Reporting
AH Realty Trust
AH Realty Trust is seeking a Portfolio Accountant to maintain financial reporting for a growing commercial real estate portfolio. You will work with Asset Management and Property Management teams and support acquisitions, dispositions, and complex accounting activities including leases, fixed assets, depreciation, and SEC reporting. You will produce monthly financial statements, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to improving internal controls and month-end processes while collaborating #J-18808-Ljbffr AH Realty Trust
