These values guide how we work, lead, and grow as a team.Position: Entry-Level Drywall ForemanWe are seeking motivated and dependable individuals with drywall experience who are ready to take the next step in their career as an Entry-Level Drywall Foreman. This role is ideal for experienced carpenters, framers, or finishers who want to transition into a leadership position with mentorship and support from senior Optiline foremen and project managers.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead small crews of drywall framers, finishers, and laborers on commercial job sites.Coordinate daily tasks to ensure schedules are met and work exceeds expectations.Work hands-on alongside your crew while providing guidance and oversight.Communicate with Project Managers and Field Superintendents regarding progress, needs, and challenges.Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.Model Optiline's mission and values as a leader on site.Qualifications:5+ years of drywall, framing, or finishing experience (commercial construction preferred).Previous experience leading small teams or acting as a lead carpenter/taper a plus.Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Effective communication and leadership skills with a willingness to learn.Reliable transportation to job sites across New England.Authorized to work in the United States.What We Offer:Competitive pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience and skills assessment.Leadership training and mentorship from experienced Optiline foremen and managers.Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company.Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k).A supportive team culture where you are treated like family.Step into leadership with Optiline Enterprises.
