We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized "boss"... aka: Call-by-Call Manager, to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery for every customer call (phone and field service calls). This position is not for you! Who Are We? We’re Grand Canyon Home Services LLC. Started over 25 years ago as a one-man operation doing heating and cooling. Today, we are expanding and aiming to dominate the West Valley market with services including Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric, Duct Cleaning, Drain and Sewer Services, and more. We have served thousands of satisfied customers, and our growth plans are ambitious. Requirements: Experience in call center management or leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
