Were seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our IT help desk. This role is the first point of contact for technical issues and plays a vital role in supporting our employees and technology infrastructure, including Microsoft O365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktops, Salesforce, Vertafore, and other business-critical platforms. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values problem-solving, and is motivated by making an impact. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruption to business operations. Daily checks of off-site spam, attachment, and content filters. Troubleshoot access and performance issues with the cloud desktop environment. Manage help desk tickets to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to respond to urgent employee support issues. Support technology rollouts, upgrades, and testing. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience. Experience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related technical role. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Flexibility to work overnight, and weekends as required. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Travel to Marshall+Sterling offices as needed to provide on-site support for technology upgrades and rollouts. Preferred: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. Experience with Vertafore (AMS360, ImageRight) or Salesforce. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NYDFS, SOC 2, HIPAA).
