Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience or a genuine interest in working with pediatric and PreK populations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Passion for supporting diverse student needs in school-based settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for PreK students
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with families
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the evaluation of student progress
• Remain current with best practices and continuing education in the field
