Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials and a passion for working with pediatric and school-aged populations. You’ll be providing comprehensive services in a traditional school caseload, covering a maternity leave from late August through the end of November, with 35-40 hours per week.

What you’ll bring:

• Active SLP-CCC credentials; New Jersey state licensure required
• Demonstrated experience as an SLP in pediatric or educational settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Flexible, organized approach to managing caseload and documentation
• Ability to adapt to school-based schedules and service delivery models

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct therapy to K-12 students, addressing speech, language, and communication goals
• Conducting assessments, writing reports, and contributing to IEP meetings
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Completing all necessary documentation efficiently and accurately within district systems
• Adapting to possible itinerant assignments as caseload needs evolve
