Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

About the Hospital

• Inpatient Rehab Hospital
• Stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions
• A team of 7 OTs who are willing to support and train
• Supportive and collaborative culture
• 1 hour of documentation set aside daily
• 5-6 patients per day on average
• The average length of stay is 20 days
• 90%+ return to home rate

Incentives/Benefits

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $3,000/yr in loan forgiveness
• $2,500/year for CEUs
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job
• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active license or ability to obtain
• Neuro experience preferred
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
