Summary:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Current RN License (eligibility for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri) - BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA only - 1 year of experience in Cardiac Stepdown (inpatient only) **Preferred Certification:** - NIHSS **Skills:** - Must have skills/experience in Cardiac Stepdown, inpatient only **Personality Fit:** - Must be a team player and promote a positive culture **Physical and Mental Requirements:** - Stand and walk most of the time on duty - Meet unit-specific physical demands (bending, stooping, lifting, turning patients with assistance) - High-risk exposure to blood and body fluids **Additional Requirements:** - Flu vaccination or Mercy approved exemptions required for all travelers from November 1-April 1 - Night shift orients on day shift, traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
