FULL TIME
Accountant On-site in Columbia, Maryland 40 hours per week | 9:00AM to 5:00PM Maximum Support Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with DDA experience to support our mission of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. LTSS experience is a plus. About the Role You will support the financial integrity of our DDA and LTSS programs through daily accounting tasks, billing, reporting, and audit support. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting functions related to DDA/LTSS billing and reporting Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Oversee payroll compliance Monitor budgets and provide updates to leadership Coordinate with auditors, funders, and state agencies Qualifications Preferred: Experience with LTSS and DDA billing Bookkeeping/accounting background (human services experience preferred) Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting Strong understanding of Medicaid billing and compliance Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Benefits include: Health/ Vision/ Dental 401 (K) Retirement Plan Sick and Vacation time Paid Holidays Paid training #J-18808-Ljbffr Maximum Support Services Inc.Vacancy posted 2 days ago
