Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and help strengthen our brand presence across digital channels and recruitment platforms. Position Summary The Marketing Intern will support the company in enhancing Bancroft’s visibility through social media, employer branding initiatives, and the creation of compelling marketing materials. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented student eager to gain hands‑on experience in construction industry marketing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Capture and curate photo/video content from job sites, community events, and internal initiatives. Employer Branding Support campaigns that showcase Bancroft’s culture, values, and career opportunities. Help maintain consistent messaging across job postings, career pages, and internal communication channels. Design and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, project sheets, signage, and event materials. Maintain brand consistency across all materials and ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines. Assist with photography, videography, and editing for marketing campaigns and project showcases. Support preparation for conferences, trade shows, community events, and client presentations. General Marketing Support Conduct research to support marketing and business development initiatives. Assist with website updates and content maintenance. Help track campaign performance and compile analytics reports. Collaborate with internal teams to gather project updates, success stories, and achievements for marketing use. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability. Interest in the construction, engineering, or architecture industries is a bonus.
