About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Site Operations Specialist in Queen Creek, AZ. The Site Operations Specialist will supervise and coordinate on-site logistics activities, focusing on daily truck deliveries, team performance, recordkeeping, and client/vendor communication. Salary: 60K ~ 73K

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational execution.
  
• Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
  
• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
  
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
  
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  
• Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
  
• Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field required.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Salary: 60K ~ 73K
