Prairie Pointe Assisted Living,  a Cassia community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/Certified Medication Assistant (CMAs) to join our team in Bismarck, ND! As a  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) , you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who excels at connecting with residents & patients and is a team player that is also comfortable working independently.

Position Type:  Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Shift Available: 
Days 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

 

Wage Range: $19.50 - $24.25 / hour depending on experience

 

Location: 3330 Nebraska Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Prairie Pointe policies.
• Review and follow a written care plan.
• Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living. 
• Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) Qualifications:

• Must hold current, valid CNA/ CMA license in the state of North Dakota. 
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player who has a passion for Seniors and adapts quickly to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
