Requirements for Branch Manager To excel as a Full-Time Branch Manager at Zeal Credit Union, candidates must possess a strong educational background, with a bachelor's degree as a foundational requirement. With 5-7 years of leadership experience, you will demonstrate a proven track record of effective team management and branch profitability. A keen familiarity with industry rules and regulations is essential for navigating the compliance landscape. Your ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of passion and character will set you apart. Excellent organizational skills will be crucial for overseeing multiple branch activities and metrics efficiently. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5-7 years leadership experience Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Excellent organizational skills Results driven and member focused Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union Knowledge and/or training, and compliance with Laws and Regulations pertaining to BSA/AML/OFAC Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service skills and attention to detail.
