Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. This role involves supporting the daily management of branch operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for helping coordinate product inventory, managing team schedules, supervising workflows, and contributing to sales efforts, all while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including scheduling and supervising staff Knowledge of inventory management, operations, and workflow optimization Customer service and relationship management skills to enhance client satisfaction Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities Basic sales knowledge and experience in supporting revenue growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Previous experience in the landscape, irrigation, or related industry is a plus Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Pro Supply
