As a New Business Sales Producer, you will:

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client's insurance goals.
• Educate prospective clients on personal and commercial insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotes and present coverage recommendations with confidence.
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the agency's CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
• Develop referral partnerships that generate ongoing business.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact through policy issuance.
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• California Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency technology
