We are deeply focused on solving customer needs and enabling seamless interactions across digital and rep-assisted channels.We are seeking a Product Managerfor theDigital Envelope productteam, supporting the broader Rep-Assisted Relationships space.This roleis responsible fordelivering intuitive, compliant, and scalable front-end experiences that enable representatives and clients to efficiently complete document and workflow-driven processes.You will serve as the product owner for a front-end scrum team, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong collaboration, clear decision-making, and a relentless focus on user experience and business outcomes.WhatYou’llDoProduct Ownership & DeliveryOwn the Digital Envelope product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment tobusinesspriorities and client/rep experience goalsAct as Product Owner for a dedicated front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and executionTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized workPartner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutionsRep-Assisted Experience FocusDesign andoptimizerep-assisted workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and advisor/rep touchpointsPartner with stakeholders across service, operations, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needsFocus on improving speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use for both internal users and clientsDigital Envelope Product LeadershipDrive the evolution of the Digital Envelope experience, including document workflows, client interaction flows, and digital completion journeysIdentifyopportunities to simplify and modernize document-driven processesEnsure tight integration with upstream and downstream systemsimpactingthe client journeyCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behaviorEngage directly with internal users (reps, service teams) tovalidatesolutions and gather feedbackCommunicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholdersExecution & Continuous ImprovementTrack performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the productIdentifyand remove blockers to keep the scrum team moving efficientlySupport release planning, testing, and go-to-market readinessWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field5–7 years of experience in digital product management or product ownershipDocumented experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teamsStrong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user storiesProven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, operations)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting rep-assisted or service-driven experiencesFamiliarity with financial services and regulatory environmentsIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-128748Posted Date: 3 hours ago(10/23/2026 4:55 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $105,600.00 - $172,500.00 / YearApplication deadline: 10/27/2026Position Type: Full time
