The Opportunity: Wealth Without the Grunt Work
Weve built the "Mom Approved" brand that Ventura County trusts. You won't spend a single minute cold calling or door knocking. Youll spend your time where it matters: in the home, solving problems, and closing deals.
Total Comp: High Base + Up to 12% Uncapped Commission .
Realistic OTE: $250,000+ for top performers.
The Leads: High-volume, pre-qualified, warm inbound leads.

Consultative by Nature: You build custom solutions that homeowners actually need.
Experienced: You have 3+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, Solar, or Home Remodeling preferred).
System-Driven: You believe in the process and know that disciplined follow-up is where the money is made.
Reputation-Obsessed: You care about your 5-star review average as much as your commission check.
Diagnose: Evaluate home comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency needs.
Design: Engineer a custom HVAC solution that fits the familys budget and lifestyle.
Close: Finalize the sale and hand off the project to our elite installation crews.
Succeed: Benefit from a backend team that supports your growth and a profit-sharing model that builds your future.
The Fine Print
Availability: Homeowners work 9-5, so you must be available for some evenings and Saturdays.
Mobility: Must have a valid CA Drivers License and a clean driving record.
Culture: We are a "Mom Approved" company. If you wouldn't sell it to your mother, don't sell it to our customers.
