Associate Attorney

A growing law firm representing financial institutions is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-10 years of experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage default, or related civil litigation. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, appear in court, develop litigation strategy, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced, high-volume practice, that offers a fantastic work like balance. Responsibilities: Handle foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, and related litigation matters Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlements, and legal correspondence Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed Provide strategic legal analysis and case recommendations Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and client requirements Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage caseloads Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, trustees, and vendors regarding case status and resolution Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Arizona state bar license 4-10 years of experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or civil litigation Strong litigation, legal writing, and case management skills Experience handling court appearances and motion practice Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet strict deadlines Experience representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, or creditor clients is a plus Why Apply?
