Fitness Center Desk Attendant - Grand Island
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Check members in and assist with membership questions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, orientations, and classes.
- Assist with membership enrollments and renewals.
- Help keep the lobby, reception area, and fitness center neat and inviting.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support other administrative duties as assigned.
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Professional while maintaining a welcoming personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Part-time opportunity available. Wednesdays 4 pm-8pm and Fridays 2 pm-6pm
- Occasional Saturday availability preferred.
