Temporary Purchasing Assistant

Location: Telford, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Assignment Length: 2-3 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Enter and update data within the company's ERP system
• Follow up on open orders and track shipments
• Support inventory control and purchasing activities
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounting teams as needed
• Perform general administrative duties for the Purchasing Department

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing, procurement, administrative, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
