About TactStaff
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons during operations, anticipating their needs and providing instruments and materials promptly
Monitor patients vital signs and condition during surgery, ensuring their safety and stability
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other team members to provide seamless, patient-centered care
Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation and postoperative care to support recovery
Document all perioperative activities, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
