CLM Agiloft Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced CLM Agiloft Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Agiloft and other CLM platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of CLM solutions using Agiloft and related platforms
Assess current-state contract management processes and define future-state workflows
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable CLM solutions
Work closely with business users to gather and refine functional and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions
Configure CLM integrations with signature tools such as Adobe Sign and DocuSign
Recommend and apply CLM implementation best practices
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM platform
Experience with one or more CLM tools/products:
- Agiloft
- Icertis
Experience implementing eSignature tools such as:
- Adobe Sign
- DocuSign
Strong understanding of:
- Business process mapping
- Workflow diagrams
- Contract template configuration
