Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy required
• Experience working with deaf/hard of hearing students and/or American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Enthusiasm for developing creative, functional therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to promote communication access throughout the school day
• Provide consultative support and recommendations to staff and parents
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that celebrates each student’s unique abilities
