Dental hygienist

Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.

Patient Assessment: Review medical histories, monitor vital signs, and conduct thorough assessments of current dental conditions.

Imaging & Prevention: Take dental radiographs using advanced medical imaging technology and apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants.

Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.

Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring strict compliance with documentation standards.

Clinical Support: Assist the dental team with aseptic techniques during general dentistry procedures and prepare necessary instrumentation.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to rigorous infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

full-time $50 - $60 per hour

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Valid State License to practice as a Dental Hygienist.

Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft or Dentrix) for records management and scheduling.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical coding.

Current certification in CPR/BLS.

Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and aseptic techniques.

Ability to accurately monitor vital signs and operate medical imaging equipment.

Experience in pediatric dentistry and a passion for pediatrics-focused patient care.

Skills in four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize procedure efficiency.

Experience working with diverse populations, including patients with special needs.
