We are seeking a Customer Service Data Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Order entry

• Accounting clerk or billing support

• Previous CS/Data Entry roles

• Customer service roles involving order processing

• Help Desk or Level 1 Support with ticketing system experience (Salesforce familiarity is a plus)

• Case management roles with the ability to learn systems quickly

• Customer email support requiring clear, professional writing

Candidates should also have the following technical competencies:

• Basic computer troubleshooting (screen resolution, network connectivity, browser/cache settings, MFA)

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, including:

o Basic formatting

o Using filters in tables

o Referencing cells

o Copying/pasting tables

o Basic data manipulation in Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong Windows navigation skills (downloads, recent files, server/shared folders, standard shortcuts)

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy

• Basic math skills (calculating discounts and percentages)

Schedule Requirements

Candidates must be fully comfortable with the following schedules:

• Training: 5–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Post-training: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

• Fully onsite work is required.
