Equipment Installation Technician | $28/hr | Monday-Friday | Paid Training

Equipment Installation Technician

Do you enjoy building, installing, and working with your hands? Ready to build a long-term career?

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with tools, and take pride in seeing a job completed the right way, Auto-Chlor wants to meet you.

This isn't residential construction.

This isn't another installation job.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within, invests in its employees, and gives you the independence to make an impact every day.

As an Equipment Installation Technician, you'll install commercial dishwashing equipment at restaurants throughout the San Diego area. You'll assemble equipment, troubleshoot installations, test systems, and train customers on the proper use of their new equipment before leaving the job site.

You'll work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a predictable workweek while building a rewarding career. Once fully trained, you'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule alongside your teammates to provide additional customer support when needed.

We provide paid training, a company vehicle during business hours, outstanding benefits, and a clear path for career advancement. Many of our leaders began in field positions because we believe in promoting from within.

The most successful people in this role enjoy building things, solving mechanical problems, and working independently. They're dependable, take pride in quality workmanship, and enjoy learning new skills. They also understand that professionalism and customer service are just as important as technical ability because every installation represents the Auto-Chlor brand.

Whether your background is in equipment installation, plumbing, restoration, automotive repair, construction, carpentry, maintenance, or another hands-on trade, we'd love to meet you.

If you bring a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training needed to build a successful career.
