Senior Marketing Specialist:
Responsibilities:
- REMOTE
- Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage moderately complex projects or components of larger projects from start to finish to achieve business outcomes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
- Establish and manage project governance structures and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project team members, manage tasks, workload, and deadlines effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive scope document and suggest changes as needed throughout the project.
- Actively manage project risks and issues, sharing lessons learned and implementing recommendations.
- Collaborate with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources for the project.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and regular reporting on project fees.
- Interact and communicate effectively with project teams, third-party providers, and clients.
- Provide technical support and input on project proposals of average to difficult complexity.
- Must be a team player.
- Experience working with mid-market communications teams.
- Capability to partner with HR organizations to create and distribute employee benefit marketing materials.
- Experience in working with clients and consultants to announce open enrollment.
- Proficiency in creating open enrollment benefit guides, postcards, posters, and presentations.
