About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their team. The CIO will be responsible for shaping and leading the technology strategy, driving digital transformation, and leveraging modern solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness. This role involves setting a business-aligned technology vision, leading an IT team, and advising executives on innovative solutions. The successful candidate will also be tasked with digitizing and automating processes, building a data-driven culture, and overseeing the development of purpose-built software solutions. Additionally, the CIO will be a key player in the company's executive team, contributing to the overall business strategy and ensuring the technology investments align with the company's mission and values. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in senior IT leadership, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. The role requires a deep understanding of ERP/CRM, supply chain, and production processes, as well as proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing technology vendors, ensuring strong information security, and maximizing the value of IT investments. A key aspect of the role is the ability to mentor and grow IT talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and high standards.
