RN Supervisor for Evening Shift
Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to join our great team for the evening shift.
We are a well-run 364 bed skilled nursing facility located in the Bronx, right near the Hudson River. Our nursing team is caring, energetic, and positive. Join our supportive team and use your skills in an environment that appreciates you!
RN Supervisor
Pay rate: $48-$56 per hour, BOE
Availability: Full-time and Part-time
Shifts: night Shift (Prefer 12pm-8am,

Job Functions:
- Planning, coordinating, and directing of nursing staff on all shifts on the assigned units
- Ongoing general evaluation of staff performance and activities, in order to achieve optional resident/patient care.
- Ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members.
- Interacting with all levels of nursing personnel, other department personnel, and medical providers to assure quality care is provided to each resident/patient.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license and certification, valid in NY
- Prior nursing home RN experience
