Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps; performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs; following planograms and client‑specific directives; and working independently to meet deadlines using mobile applications and technology. Key Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary surveys/forms before leaving job site. Maintain and update displays per planograms/ client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays/fixtures functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and daily reporting of anomalies. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Available for weekend assignments as needed. Scheduling / Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week; occasional weekends, early morning hours, holidays based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Follow directives fully and completely. Work closely within shared services team to achieve goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate, and drive solutions. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships within shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication among internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Leadership & Cross‑functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company. Set high standards for behavior, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring transparent and respectful communication. Work across company and cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves KPIs as determined by field management. Open to providing and receiving feedback. Qualifications Age: Must be 18+ (insurance). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb ladder up to 10 feet. Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs. Can kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability Adjust to ever‑changing variety of tasks and environments. Communication Skills Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use smartphone for clocking, photo/data upload, downloading apps, internet. Respond quickly, within 24 hours. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Follow planogram directives and secondary communication. Technology Own Android or Apple mobile device. Navigate communication platforms independently. Training Complete all training assignments within designated time frame. Work collaboratively and autonomously. Transportation and Travel Have reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment/shift. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership skills, professional communication and presentation. Make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem‑solve effectively.
