What You'll Do

You will serve as our global technical lead, partnering with international organizations to elevate mobility standards and ensure thousands of beneficiaries receive life-changing care.

• Technical Guidance: Advise partners on best practices for beneficiary assessment, proper sizing, custom fitting, and selecting the right equipment mix.

• Capacity Building: Create high-impact training materials, practical tools, and resources to empower local international teams.

• Global Logistics & Operations: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of distribution events, beneficiary flows, and donor visits.

• In-Country Representation: Lead selected international distribution trips, connecting donors, local professionals, and communities firsthand.

• Partner Networks: Identify prospective partners, collaborate with local rehabilitation experts, and streamline reporting/project management.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Expertise: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Mobility / Rehab Experience: Hands-on experience with manual wheelchair provision, assistive technology, or physical rehabilitation (sizing, fitting, and clinical selection).

• Cross-Cultural Communicator: Proven background working with international NGOs, humanitarian programs, or global cross-cultural teams.

• Educator Mindset: Skilled at developing training curriculum and building capacity within partner organizations.

• Project Driver: Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing dynamic project lifecycles across different time zones.

• Global Nomad: Ready and eager to travel internationally several times a year.

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
