This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your expertise in a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality waterproofing solutions to homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities: Install interior and exterior waterproofing systems, drainage systems, and sump pump solutions Perform crack repair, wall reinforcement, and foundation sealing on residential and commercial properties Conduct on-site assessments to identify moisture intrusion, water damage, and structural concerns Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants according to project specifications Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project process Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites Requirements: Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related construction trade required Knowledge of interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and waterproofing membranes Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments About Us: ULB-DRY WATERPROOFING INC has built a trusted reputation in the Villa Park, IL area for delivering effective, long-lasting waterproofing and foundation repair solutions.
