A company is looking for a part-time Wellbeing Coach to provide emotional support and coaching services to college students. Key Responsibilities Provide emotional wellbeing and executive functioning coaching services to college students Maintain timely documentation of coaching services and adherence to communication protocols Identify students in need of clinical or crisis care and connect them to appropriate resources Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant work experience in emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, or mental health Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent work experience Experience providing video coaching and communicating with students via various platforms Willingness to apply behaviorally focused and evidence-based techniques in coaching Strong technical and organizational skills, with a passion for serving young adults
