Visit: Job Description What You'll Do Manage and deliver a case load of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, appeals, leave of absence and absence management from the start of process through to conclusion Act as a trusted advisor to managers providing clear and commercially focused advice aligned with employment law. Ensure consistent application of ER policies and procedures balancing business needs with fair outcomes. Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve disputes and improve relationships. Maintain records of employee relations activity and provide reports to senior management. Identifying trends and themes to support proactive initiatives and continuous improvement. Upskill managers ensuring they understand the proactive role they can take to reduce ER issues. Monitor trends and feedback to HRBPs. DK/UK Ensure policies are updated to reflect best practice, fair processes and compliance with relevant laws. US Liaise with HLUS Legal and Compliance teams to ensure awareness of policy updates and best practice. Drive continuous improvement of ER practices and processes Ensure up to date employment law knowledge Collaborate on wider P&C projects Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or specialist HR qualification 5 years experience of working on employee relations issues. Current knowledge of employment law and emerging trends Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with all levels of the organization. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers. Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds.
