What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a talented, compassionate team of veterinary professionals. Partner with our experienced hospital manager to oversee operations and implement new initiatives. Mentor veterinarians and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Continue delivering the exceptional, relationship‑based care our clients have trusted since 1971. What We Offer Competitive compensation: $115,000–$160,000 base salary + production‑based bonuses. Generous sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance. Management bonus tied to practice performance. No after‑hours emergencies and minimal weekend hours for genuine work‑life balance. Relocating MDVMs receive $20,000 or more toward stress‑free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner. What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Active (or easily transferable) Maryland veterinary license.
