Service Manager
C&J Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team! C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. At C&J we have a highly skilled team that has fun and allows for a work/life balance with weekends off and we would love to add more top talent to our team! We employ highly skilled service technicians and continue to provide ongoing training to stay on top of the latest in the automotive world.
Job Duties:
- Team Leader.
- Responsible for shop goals.
- Shop Morale.
- Greet clients and maintain showroom.
- Schedule appointments.
- Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
- Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
- Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
- Review digital inspections.
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Valid drivers license.
- Sales Experience.
- Organized.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Manage client experience from beginning to end.
