Your day-to-day will include:
· Setup & Operation: Load blueprints, install fixtures, set machine offsets, and select the correct tooling for complex setups.
· Quality Control: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and GD&T principles to ensure parts meet tight tolerances (up to [e.g., ±0.0005”]).
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
· Experience: [e.g., 5+ years] of proven experience setting up and operating CNC [Mills / Multi-Axis] machines.
