Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an onsite Program Support Assistant to work in Manhattan Kansas to support a US Federal Government client. All work under this contract shall be performed at the Government site. This work is full time onsite at 1515 College Avenue, Manhattan KS.

Program Support Assistant display varied skills and qualifications. They operate in the
background, supporting administrators so they can succeed in their specific roles. A few
specific skills that administrative assistants should possess include:
• Decision-making: administrative assistants need to make independent decisions daily,
addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
• Communications and collaboration: An administrative assistant must collaborate with
other administrators, support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
• Organizational skills: The ability to maintain order helps ensure executives do not miss
appointments or deadlines.
• Professional writing skills: Their emails, letters, documents and social media posts
reflect upon their employers, therefore, professional writing skills using proper spelling
and grammar is essential.
• Effective time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills,
business management, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new computer programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of software packages
• Sufficient aptitude in mathematics and general accounting, bookkeeping, and billing knowledge.

Employment is contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain and maintain the required Government approval and access.

Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship and must be meet suitability screening for working in a federal government environment, must pass a background check.
