Position SummaryResponsibilities - Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
- Verify packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Print shipping labels and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight companies.
- Stage materials for production and finished goods for shipment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications - 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with shipping software and freight documentation.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices.
- Experience scheduling LTL and truckload shipments.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
Physical Requirements - Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse and manufacturing conditions.

- Understands that timely, accurate shipping is critical to customer satisfaction.
You should be proficient in:
- Forklift Licensed
- High School / GED
- Basic Computer Skills
