CMI Media Group, the industry leader in healthcare marketing, seeks a dynamic and collaborative VP, Communications Planning to lead our team in crafting groundbreaking campaigns that make a difference in people's lives. In this role, you will:
- Lead with vision: Guide and inspire a team of talented planners, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative thinking thrives.
- Uncover what matters: Be the voice of the consumer, leveraging deep insights into their behaviors, motivations, and decision journeys to develop winning strategies.
- Build the blueprint: Craft compelling narratives and strategic frameworks that provide a clear roadmap for media planning and execution, ensuring every touchpoint connects back to the core brand story.
- Champion collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams (media planning, research, account management) and external partners to bring your vision to life.
- Elevate our thinking: Challenge conventional approaches, embrace new ideas, and continuously push the boundaries of healthcare communications planning.
What you bring to the table:
- 10+ years of experience in communications planning, media strategy, account planning, brand planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of open communication, collaboration, and growth.
- A passion for uncovering consumer insights and translating them into actionable communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire action.
- A collaborative spirit and a "can-do" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
