About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as managing the human resources, facilities, and IT functions. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of the administrative processes that support the overall mission of the organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance and Administration position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or public administration. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial or administrative role is required, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. A CPA or similar professional certification is a plus.
