VDS is recruiting a director to grow the industrial base behind a fast-scaling defense-technology company. You will find where suppliers need to add capacity and send the market signal before demand arrives.
What you'll do
- Own the process for identifying industrial-capacity gaps across product lines.
- Partner with business development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
- Build a supplier strategy that relies on competitive commercial markets.

- 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, technical procurement or supply chain management.
- A record of making supply chains more efficient at scale.
