We are seeking reliable, experienced LPNs who are ready to hit the ground running, deliver exceptional patient care, and commit to a critical high-volume immunization initiative.

Location: Bethesda, MD (with regional clinic sites including Shady Grove, Rockville, Dickerson, Baltimore, and more)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary/Contract
Dates: September 23 - November 8, 2026
Standard Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Varies slightly by site with some working 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Compensation:

• LPN: $45.00 / hour

(Rates inclusive of combined hourly + H&W up to 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer influenza immunizations efficiently and safely to diverse populations.
• Perform blood draws and handling procedures using standard clinical protocols.
• Maintain strict clinical standards, ensuring proper vaccine storage, handling, and documentation.
• Work confidently and independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Provide excellent patient interaction, managing inquiries and comfort during injections and blood draws.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensure: Must hold a current, active LPN license free from any disciplinary actions or restrictions.
• Technical Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills and high comfort level with giving intramuscular injections are mandatory.
• Uncompromising Commitment: Absolute availability for the entire duration of the clinic season (September 23 - November 8) with zero time-off requests. Preference is strictly given to professionals who can guarantee full-time hours without interruption.
