Position Overview

Join us in our fast-paced support to develop advance and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground near-space space and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic operational and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoW). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoW to design develop field and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter.

We are seeking a Knowledge Manager which is highly knowledgeable in Higher Headquarters Air Force and/or Space Acquisition business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with standard functional databases to support organizationals in meeting mission requirements. This will include but not limited to SharePoint Jira and Confluence. This position requires an individual who can work closely with technical teams stakeholders and partners to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Develop document modify transition and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed. This can include planning and executing transitions of existing program/functional discipline-unique software and databases into standard and/or updated databases and software.
• Assist in developing managing and maintaining unit SharePoint sites including supporting re-organization efforts.
• Provide support for: out-of-the-box process engineering design and implementation; permission updates; content updates; site creation deletion and renaming; data migration and cleanup; end user assistance; and basic troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• TS/SCI Eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob
• 15 years experience in DoW Information Technology (NRO NSA and/or NGA experience acceptable).
• Experience with SharePoint site creation and management of data storage.
• SCRUM Master level of competency within Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Atlassian Jira User Groups and project roles building and configuring Jira workflows and dashboards.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $125000 - $175000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
