Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Epic experience to join our team at a large academic hospital. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to deliver exceptional patient care across various units.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Utilize Epic software for patient documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in departmental meetings and patient care initiatives.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience required in a 600+ bed academic hospital (passing competency testing score required).
• 2 years of experience can qualify without the need for competency testing.
• Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission.
• Navy blue scrubs are required for this position.
• Epic experience is required.
